摘要
自动倾斜器是直升机操纵系统及旋翼系统中最关键的部件,也是搭载自润滑关节轴承的重要部件,研究和分析自动倾斜器的刚柔耦合,对球铰轴承试验机的研制具有重要的意义。将ANSYS和ADAMS相结合分别建立七种机构构型的内外环嵌套动态式自动倾斜器的刚柔耦合模型,进而对它们进行动力学仿真分析。结果表明:在这七种等效机构中第六种构型(外环3-SPS+PRS、内环3-SPS+PRS+PS)在工作时运动平稳,振动幅度较弱,性能最佳,其刚柔耦合模型球铰轴承的Y方向位移、速度、加速度曲线的变换范围最小。
Swashplate is the critical component of helicopter's control and rotor systerm , it is also a major part of carrying self-lubrication spherical plain bearings. There is great significance to the development of ball socket bearing hinge testing machine by studying and analyzing the rigid-flexible coupling of the swashplate. The rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of the seven equivalent mechanisms is built by combining ANSYS and ADAMS software. Then the dynamic simulation is applied on the swashplate. The results show that the sixth configuration (outer 3-SPS + PRS, the inner ring 3-SPS + PRS + PS ) has the smoothly motion and weakly vibration, which is the best in these seven equivalent mechanisms. The rigid-flexible ball socket bearing has the minimum conversion range curve of the displacement, velocity, acceleration in the Y direction.
