摘要
适应发展新常态,高等教育必须走内涵式发展道路,实现"向自身主体与内在逻辑的回归"。这一"回归"的关键之一,是深化中国特色高等教育人才培养体系改革。为此,应科学处理服务社会发展与服务学生发展,尊重人才培养的共同逻辑与尊重我国特殊国情的关系,切实落实大学以教学为中心与教学以学生为中心,突出课程体系建设与教学方式创新两个关键环节,构建政府不越位、大学不缺位、社会不错位的保障机制。
To adapt to the New Normal, higher education of China must take the connotative development path, so as to realize the "return to subject of itself and inner logic". One of the "return keys" is the talents cultivation system reform deepening higher education with characteristics of China. It should deal with the relationship of serving social development and serving students development, respecting for common logic of talents cultivation and special national conditions of China, in terms of taking teaching as the center for university and taking students as the center for teaching, highlight the construction of curriculum system and teaching mode innovation, to construct a safeguard mechanism that no offside of government, no vacancy of university and no dislocation of society.
