高校经济专业教师的“近亲度”之国际纵横分析

Analysis of Faculty Inbreeding between Chinese and Other Countries' Higher Education Institution in Department of Economics

通过分析国内外高校经济类院系共2453名教师的受教育背景以及国内16所高校和国外12所高校的"学术近亲"情况,发现我国高校经济类院系的学术近亲度简单平均值与国外同类院系相差超过5倍,加权平均值的差距则达到了近6倍,且学术近亲度的水平较国外高校而言更加分散。同时,发现高校学术近亲度有随着学校专业排名的增加呈现出递减的趋势。另一方面,虽然国外各高校间的人才交流更为频繁,但是国内与国外有海外教育背景的教师比例相对接近,且均处于较低的水平。

This study searches the educational background of 2453 teachers of Chinese and other countries＇ higher education institution i data of sixteen Chinese and degree of facuhy inbreeding n department of economics. And a brief comparison is provided which based on the twelve other countries＇ higher education institution. It is found that although the of college and university in China in department of economics compared to other countries, which is beyond five times. And the weighted average of the degree is almost six times than other countries, and the level of faculty inbreeding in China is more dispersed. It is also found that the level of faculty inbreeding turns out to decline with decreasing of the rank of school. On the other hands, although the talent exchange is more frequent in other countries, both China and other countries has a low level of faculty who had studied abroad.
