摘要
将氮磷膨胀型阻燃剂用于聚氨酯膜中,利用垂直燃烧法、烟密度法、氧指数法和锥形量热法表征其性能。发现当阻燃剂用量8%时所得阻燃聚氨酯膜性能最佳,该阻燃剂以凝聚相阻燃方式进行阻燃。
The nitrogen and phosphorus intumescent flame retardant was applied in polyurethane film.Vertical burning, smoke density, oxygen index, cone calorimeter were used for detecting polyurethane flame retardant. It was found that when the content of nitrogen and phosphorus intumescent flame retardant reached at 8%, flame retardant of polyurethane was the best, and intumescent flame retardant in the polyurethane was condensed phase flame retardant.
