既定服务水平下VMI供应链收益共享契约研究

Research on Revenue Sharing Contract of VMI Supply Chain Under Established Service Level

随着市场竞争的加剧,供应链成员之间的协同作业变得越来越重要。作为一种协同机制,供应商管理库存(vendor-managed inventory,VMI)被广泛应用于各行业。本文考虑在既定的服务水平约束下,以单一供应商和单一零售商构成的两阶段VMI供应链系统为研究对象,分析了需求受价格和销售努力水平影响的VMI供应链收益共享契约的设计问题。最后,通过数值算例对契约的协调作用做了进一步阐释。研究表明:提出的契约能够实现VMI供应链的协调,并且在一定的收益共享比例范围内,供应商可以通过调整批发价格实现供应链利润在供应商和零售商之间的灵活分配。

As market competition intensifies, supply chain collaboration among members is becoming increasingly important. As a coordination mechanism, vendor-managed inventory has been widely used in various industries. Under a established service level and the stochastic demand related to price and sales effort level, taking a two-stage VMI supply chain system including a single supplier and a single retailer as the research object, the problem of the revenue sharing contract design in VMI supply chain was analyzed. Finally, a further explanation through a numerical example was made. The results were that the contract proposed could achieve better coordination of VMI supply chain, and when revenue-sharing proportion was in a certain range, the profit of VMI supply chain system could be flexibly allocated between the suppliers and the retailes through adjusting the wholesale price.
