摘要
目的探讨心理健康学组在护士职业倦怠防治中的临床应用价值。方法随机选择我院临床护士70名,对所有护士进行心理健康评测和职业倦怠情况评测。并比较不同心理健康状态护士的职业倦怠情况。结果 70名护士中,有41名护士存在不同程度的心理健康问题。有心理健康问题护士的职业倦怠程度、MBI-HSS评分与心理健康护士比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有心理健康问题的护士更易发生职业倦怠,心理健康学组在护士职业倦怠防治中具有十分重要的意义。
Objective To invest clinical application value of mental health in the therapy and prevention of occupational burnout during clinical nurses. Method 70 clinical nurses were chosen randomly. Methods health and occupational burnout were tested and evaluated in all 70 nurses. The occupational burnout was compared between nurses with different mental health statement. Results There were 41 nurses with varying degrees of mental health problem. There were significantly differences in the degrees of occupational burnout and rates of MBI-HSS between nurses with mental health problem and without mental health problem Conclusion Nurses with mental health problem are more likely to have occupational burnout. Mental health groups play a very important role in the therapy and prevention of occupational burnout during clinical nurses.
