宁心汤辅助喹硫平治疗精神分裂症患者急性激越症状的疗效研究

The curative effect of Ningxin soup combine with quetiapine for schizophrenia patients with acute agitation

目的对宁心汤辅助喹硫平对精神分裂症患者急性激越症状的临床疗效进行探讨。方法将我院2010年3月~2014年7月收治的118例确诊为精神分裂症急性激越症状的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各59例。对照组给予口服喹硫平治疗,观察组在此基础上加服中药宁心汤,治疗两周后对其临床疗效、不良反应进行比较分析。结果治疗后与对照组相比,观察组各项PANSS评分及PANSS-EC评分均明显降低,精神分裂症急性激越症状的临床显效率均明显增高,而不良反应的总发生率明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论宁心汤辅助喹硫平治疗可有效改善精神分裂症及急性激越症状,提高临床疗效,同时对于减少喹硫平治疗所致的不良反应有一定的作用。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of Ningxin soup combine with quetiapine for schizophrenia patients with acute agitation. Methods To select 118 cases of schizophrenia patients with acute agitation in our hospital from March 2010 to July 2014,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group was 59 cases. The control group were given oral quetiapine,on the basis of that the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine decoction of Ningxin soup,and compared the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction after treatment. Results Compared with control group after treatmen,the PANSS score and PANSS- EC score of patients in observation group was significantly decreased,the clinical efficiency of schizophrenia symptoms and acute agitation were significantly increased,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was obviously lower,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Ningxin soup be combined with quetiapine had effective on symptoms of schizophrenia and acute agitation,advance the clinical curative effect,at the same time that has some effect to reduce the adverse reactions from quetiapine.
