省部联动湖北江陵县2009-2013年血吸虫病防治措施及效果

Analysis on the measures and effect ofschistosomiasis control at pilot county collaborated by provinces and ministry in Jiangling County,Hubei Province(2009-2013)

目的分析省部联动项目湖北江陵县血防联系点2009-2013年防治措施及效果,为优化防控策略提供依据。方法对江陵县及该县国家级监测点祁渊村2009-2013年人畜查治病、钉螺调查与控制、传染源综合控制措施等血吸虫病防控措施实施情况,及人畜病情、钉螺及感染性钉螺面积等疫情变化情况进行综合分析。结果全县2009-2013年流行村人畜血吸虫感染率分别从2009年的2.60%、1.91%,降至2013年底的0.63%、0,分别下降了75.79%、100.00%。感染性钉螺面积从2009年的128处136.68 hm2下降至2012年、2013年的连续2年0处。国家级疫情监测点祁渊村人畜血吸虫感染率分别从2009年底的1.34%、2.33%,降至2013年的0.64%、0,分别下降了52.24%、100.00%。活螺密度与感染性钉螺密度分别从2009年底的0.70只/0.1 m2、0.000 5只/0.1 m2,至2013年底分别降为0.57只/0.1 m2、0,分别下降了19.05%、100.00%。结论江陵县实施"省部联动防治血吸虫病"工作新机制防治成效显著,为推进江陵县下阶段血防工作,建议以传染源控制的巩固与监测、消灭垸内钉螺及加强流动人口监管等3个方面为重点。

Objective To analyze the measures and effect of schistosomiasis Control in Jiangling county, Hubei Province,collaborated by province and ministry from 2009 to 2013,so as to provide basis for optimization of control strategy. Methods To comprehensively analyze the prevention and control measures and endemic change of schistosomiasis in Jiangling County and it＇s national surveillance site,Qiyuan village,from 2009 to 2013,including： the examination and chemotherapy of people and livestock,the survey and control of oncomelania snail,the implementation of the comprehensive measures,infection rate of people and cattle,the area of snail and infectious snail,etc. Results All the endemic indexes decreased in Jiangling County from 2009 to 2013. The infection rate of human and cattle from 2. 60%,1. 91% reduced to 0. 63%,0,decreased by 75. 79%,100. 00%,respectively. The number of infected snail areas,from 136. 68 hm2 in 2009 reduced to 0 in 2013,decreased by 100. 00%. While in Qiyuan village,the national surveillance point,the infection rates of human and cattle,from 1. 34%,2. 33%,reduced to 0. 64%,0,decreased by52. 24%,100. 00%,respectively. Density of living snail and infected snail from 0. 70 /0. 1 m2,0. 000 5 /0. 1 m2 by the end of 2009 reduced to 0. 57 /0. 1 m2,0,in 2013,the rate of decline were 19. 05%,100. 00%,respectively.Conclusion The implementation of the＂schistosomiasis control collaborated by province and ministry＂obtained remarkable results in Jiangling county. In order to promote schistosomiasis control in the next stage in Jiangling county,three aspects should be focused on： to consolidate and monitor the source of infection,to eliminate snails inside the embankment,and to strengthen supervision of migrant population.
