摘要
从2013年以来的二年里,学术界在中国劳资关系问题上形成了一定的研究成果。在劳资关系定义上,主要有六种不同观点。尽管学者们对劳资关系理解不同,但普遍关注非公有制企业的劳动关系,主要对其性质、失衡程度、纠纷特点、发展状况、合作性进行了探讨,并分析了导致劳资失衡的多种复杂原因。
In the resent two years since 2013 ,the academic circles have certain research results in the labor-capital relations problem in China.On the labor-capital relations definition, there are mainly six kinds of different views.Although scholars have different understanding on labor-capital relations, they have played a widespread attention to non-public enterprise labor relations, discussing mainly from the nature, the degree of imbalance between the labor and the capital, dispute characteristics, development status, cooperation, and have analyzed the result of many complex causes of the imbalance between the labor and the capital.
