Del孕妇的家系调查1例

A family survey of Del pregnant woman

在输血领域中,Rh血型是除了ABO血型外十分重要的血型系统,Rh血型系统十分复杂,已发现有49种抗原,与输血关系最为密切的抗原主要有D、C、c、E、e。Del是D抗原的变异体,具有极弱的D抗原性,不能够通过间接免疫球蛋白试验检出,而只能够通过吸收放散试验检出。笔者对我院发现的1例Del孕妇进行了家系调查,现报告如下。

The purpose of this study was to understand the genetic background of Del type and explore its application in clinical blood transfusion,so as to ensure the safe supply for RhD negative.
