摘要 自身免疫性溶血性贫血（autoimmune hemolytic anemia,AIHA）是由于机体产生针对自身红细胞抗原的抗体,抗原抗体反应介导而引起的机体红细胞破坏加剧所致的贫血性疾病,和其他免疫性溶血性贫血（如同种免疫性溶血性贫血等）的主要区别是机体产生的自身抗体〔1〕。 Autoimmune hemolytic anemia（AIHA）is a common clinical disease.It is important for the diagnosis and therapy of AIHA by correct classification.This paper reviews the development of classification,diagnosis and therapy of AIHA.
