The desilting sluice overflow surface construction of Jialing River Caojie navigation-power junction project has features of high requirement to surface, tight construction period, huge difficult to construction, and concrete surface roughness and smoothness is not easy to control, while counterweight slip forms are adopted during the concrete casting which effectively ensure the work quality and progress.
