摘要
阐述国内外转辙机故障预测与健康管理(prognostics and health management,PHM)技术的发展现状,提出转辙机PHM技术的原理框架,并给出转辙机PHM技术的关键点,包括敏感参数分析、数据采集、故障物理分析、特征提取、健康评估、故障诊断、故障预测以及决策计划等,为转辙机PHM技术的工程应用提供理论基础。
The trend of prognostics and health management （PHM） about point machine was introduced, and the principle frame- work of PHM for point machine was proposed. Then, the key steps for point machine＇ s PHM technology were presented, inclu- ding sensitive parameters analysis, data acquisition, physical analysis of failure, feature extraction, health assessment, fault diagno- sis, prognostics and maintenance decision. These steps provide theoretic backgrounds for point machine＇ s PHM technology in engineering.
