摘要
为指导大都市区轨道交通线网布局规划,在总结国外成熟大都市区轨道线网体系基本构成、功能层次和技术特性的基础上,通过分析大都市区居民通勤出行时耗特征,明确各空间圈轨道交通服务时间目标,即城市中心区30 min以内,城市外围区45 min以内,郊区1 h以内。以此为主要控制要素确定轨道交通线网功能分级:区域铁路主要服务于都市区对外客流联系需求;市郊轨道服务于大都市区近、郊区居民通勤出行;城市中心区轨道主要服务于城市中心区内部各类出行。
In order to guide the rail transit network planning of metropolitan area (MA), we frstly summarized the components, functional levels and technical characteristics of rail transit network systems in mature foreign metropolitan areas. Then, we studied the characteristics of coreanuting trip duration of the residents and ascertain the time goals of the rail transit service at different zones. The maxinlum commuting time for residents living in the center of the city is 30 minutes, that for residents travelling from the fringe area to the center is 45 minutes, and that for residents travelling from the cotmtryside to the center is 60 minutes. Finally, taking the time goal as the control factor, we proposed the functional classification of the rail transit network system. Regional railway is serving commuting flow travelling between the center of the city and suburban areas. Suburban railway is serving commuting needs of residents living in the fringe area and countryside. Urban railway is serving commuting flow within the city center.
