摘要
以重庆轨道交通6号线二期复合式TBM(全断面隧道钻掘机)试验段工程蔡家段为例,分析复合式TBM在穿越富水地层时常见的掘进参数异常、反复喷渣、管片渗漏水严重及异常上浮、自旋转等问题的危害,认为保证复合式TBM安全穿越富水地段的关键就是控制地下水涌入,并探讨控制地下水涌入的具体办法。
Taking the TBM embankment engineering in Caijiaduan part in the second phase of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 6 as an example, the paper analyzes the common harms like tunneling parameters abnormality, repeatedly s praye.d slag, serious segment seepage, abnormai rising,and spining happening widen-the composite TBM ,the whole sec;ion tunnel drilling and digging machine, crosses the water formation. It is put forward that secure compound TBM through rich water area is the key to control the influx of the groundwater. The concrete methods of how to control the groundwater inflow are discussed.
