氟比洛芬酯与肺癌手术麻醉后肺损伤因素的相关性分析 被引量:6

摘要 胸科手术麻醉后并发肺损伤是一个十分复杂的过程,与手术的大小和复杂程度、术中和术后机械通气方式的选择、细胞因子改变、肺内氧化应激反应及缺血再灌注损伤等诸多因素密切相关。氟比洛芬酯为非甾体类药物,抑制环氧合酶-2(COX-2)合成,具有抗炎和镇痛作用。本文旨在探讨氟比洛芬酯静注与肺癌手术麻醉后肺损伤因素的相关性。1资料与方法1.1一般资料择期行肺叶切除术的肺癌患者30例,
