摘要
为促进我国自主CAE软件的研发,介绍计算机软件的保护形式以及CAE软件的技术特性,探讨用知识产权保护自主CAE软件的重要意义.
To promote the development of self-dependent CAE software in China,the type of computer software protection and the technique characteristics of CAE software are introduced,and the importance of intellectual property rights which can proctect self-dependent CAE software is discussed.
