高效液相色谱法测定加味去伤片重楼皂苷Ⅵ的含量

Content Determination of Chonglou saponin Ⅵ in Jiaweiqushang Tablet by HPLC

目的：建立测定加味去伤片中重楼皂苷Ⅵ含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法测定重楼中重楼皂苷Ⅵ的含量，色谱柱为ThermoC8（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水（40：60），检测波长为205nm，流速为1．0ml·min-1。结果：重楼皂苷Ⅵ在0．6395-1．1877,ug线性关系良好（r-0．9998），平均回收率为100．98％，RSD为0．49％。结论：该实验方法线性关系良好、简便、准确、专属性强，可作为加味去伤片控制原药材和成品的质量方法。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of Chonglou saponin Ⅵ in Jiaweiqushang Tablet. Methods： HPLC was applied to the quantitative determination of Chonglou saponin Ⅵ in Paris polyphylla.The method was performed on a Thermo CS（4.6m×250mm,5μm）with acetonitrile-water（40：60）. UV detection wavelength was set at 203nm;The flow rate was maintained at 1.0 ml·min-1 Results： Chonglou saponin Ⅵ showed good linearity（r= 0.9998）within the range of 0.6395-1.1877μg.The average recovery rate was 100.98%,and RSD was 0.49% （n= 6） . Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and exclusive. It can be used for the quality control of Jiaweiqushang Tablet.
