摘要
病毒性脑炎是指由病毒感染引起的脑实质的炎症，临床上主要表现为头痛、发热、意识障碍、精神异常：癫捕发作以厦神经系统的局灶性临床表现。临床上对于病毒性脑炙的治疗主要是以抗病毒治疗、脑细胞保护治疗以及对症支持治疗的综合治疗。本文对成人病毒性脑炎的临床诊疗进展加以综述。
Viral encephalitis is the brain substantial inflammation caused by viral infection. The major clinical manifestations are headache, fever, conscious disturbance, mental disorders, seizures and neurological systems. The treatment of viral encephalitis mainly baaed on antiviral therapy, protection of brain cells and comprehensive treat- ment. This paper reviews the progress on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of viral encephalitis in adult.
