我院癌痛患者应用麻醉药品的用药趋势分析

目的；对比分析2012年7月至12月与2013年1月至6月我院住院癌痛患者使用麻醉药品情况，分析其用药趋势，为指导临床合理用药提供依据。方法：收集2012年7月至2013年6月麻醉药品应用数据，进行统计分析。结果：麻醉药品用量曾上升的趋势，其中以羟考酮缓释片、吗啡缓释片两种缓释剂型增加尤为明显。用药频度最多的分别为羟考酮缓释片、吗啡缓释片，注射剂的使用频度均小于其他剂型。结论：麻醉药品使用基本合理，定期开展麻醉药品的医嘱点评对于促进其合理应用具有重要作用。

To comparatively analyze the situation and trend of the use of narcotic drugs in patients with cancer pain in our hospital between July --December 2012 and Jan-June 2013 ,in order to provide reference for the clinical application. METHODS： The data of narcotics used in our hospital from July 2012 to June 2013 were collected and statistically analyzed.RESULTS：The amount of narcotics used have the increasing trend, of which, sustained release tablets of oxycodone and morphine increasing obvious- ly.In terms of DDDs,the first was sustained release tablets of oxycodone and sustained release tablets of morphine was secondary.The DDDs of injections was less than the oth- er dosage forms. CONCLUSIONS： The application of narcotics in our hospital was basically reasonable, Analysis of drug order was beneficial for rational application of narcotic drugs.
