摘要
用金相法观察对比了Zr-4合金管材正常区域与超声草状显示区域晶粒度及其内外表面形貌,并对有草状显示的管材进行了抛光试验。结果表明:管材正常区域与草状显示区域处的晶粒度均为10.5级;两区域处的内表面形貌无差异;超声草状显示产生的原因是由于超声检测时采用的线聚焦探头检测方式,该方式对管材外表面较深的抛光磨痕十分敏感;采用再次抛光措施可以消除管材的超声草状显示。
In this paper,both normal and ultrasonic grass shows pipes were investigated by metallographic observation,including the grain size,inside and outside surface.And then the ultrasonic grass shows pipe has been polished in the Zr-4Alloy.The result shows that the grain size including normal and ultrasonic grass shows pipes are 10.5on the Richter scale,there is no difference between normal and ultrasonic grass shows pipes.Due to deep grinding on the pipe surface which is very sensitive for line focut in the ultrasonic detection.Polishing can eliminate the grass on the surface in the Zr-4Alloy pipe.
