吉林省2009-2011年病毒性丙型肝炎重复报告情况分析

Analysis on repeated reporting of viral hepatitis C in Jilin province 2009-2011

目的分析吉林省2009-2011年病毒性丙型肝炎重复报告情况并提出控制建议。方法对《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》的丙肝报告卡运用SPSS 17.0软件进行分析。结果在年度内查重时,根据"身份证号"查重,2009-2011年可分别获得重卡5、8、11张;根据"姓名+性别+现住址区县编码"查重,可分别获得重卡137、183、152张;根据"姓名+性别+出生年"查重,可分别获得重卡103、129、116张;根据综合条件查重,可分别获得176、248、214张。在年度间查重时,根据"身份证号"查重,可获得重卡52张;根据"姓名+性别+现住址区县编码"查重,可获得重卡1 232张;根据"姓名+性别+出生年"查重,可获得重卡728张;根据综合条件查重,可获得重卡1 417张。结论吉林省丙肝报告病例数总体呈逐年增多趋势,重报的主要原因主要来自跨年度重复报告。应优化查重功能,修订重卡判断标准,建立跨年度个案化管理制度,并强化报告卡信息的填写培训。

Objective To analyze the repeated reporting of viral hepatitis C in Jilin province in 2009- 2011,and suggest the control measures. Methods The report cards from Disease Information Reporting System were analyzed by SPSS17. 0.Results In each year,the repeated cards in 2009- 2011 were respectively 5,8 and 11 cards,according to the ID number to check; The repeated cards in 2009- 2011 were 137,183 and 152 cards respectively,according to the name ＋ sex ＋current address county encoding to check; The repeated cards in 2009- 2011 were 103,129 and 116 cards respectively,according to the name ＋ sex ＋ years of birth; The repeated cards in 2009- 2011 were 176,248 and 214 cards respectively,according to the general terms. During three years from 2009 to 2011,the repeated cards were 52 cards,according to the ID number to check; The repeated cards were 1 232 cards,according to the name ＋ sex ＋ current address county encoding to check; The repeated cards were 728 cards,according to the name ＋ sex ＋ years of birth; The repeated cards were1 417 cards,according to the general terms. Conclusion The viral hepatitis C report cards increase year by year. The reason for repeating is mainly due to reporting for more than one year. It is necessary to optimize the function of checking repeated reporting,revise the standard of judging repeated cards,establish management system of the cases reported for more than 1 year and conduct the training on the filling of the report card.
