我国现行法律体系下妇女维权的主体与方法

Subject and Method of Women's Rights Safeguards in the Present Legal System

目前学术界对妇女维权的主体与方法鲜有研究,甚至错误地认为,似乎妇女维权就是妇联的事。但是,从我国现有的法律规定来看,国家、政府、社会团体、企业事业单位和基层群众性自治组织等社会力量以及妇联等人民团体均是保障和维护妇女权益的主体,它们采用多元化的维权方法参与妇女维权的始终,并且使各种方法联系密切,互相配合,取长补短,从而实现妇女权益保障的最大化。

Few people study the subject and methods of safeguards for women＇s rights.It seems that these safeguards are only a matter for the women＇s federation.But from the viewpoint of our current legal provisions,state,social groups,enterprises and institutions,mass self-governing organizations at grassroots level and women＇s federations are the subjects of safeguards for women＇s rights.They safeguard women＇s rights in legislation,law enforcement,and in judicial and social intervention methods.Also there is a close relationship among the variety of methods.
