摘要
高管团队异质化是实现公司理财目标的重要途径之一。女性与男性在心理、行为等方面的差异,使得女性参与高层管理成为可能。女性高管能够在获得更多社会资本、规避公司经营风险和财务风险、激励员工提高效率以及推动创新等方面发挥重要作用。但是由于存在贬低女性能力的社会偏见等外部因素以及女性本身较低的成就动机等内部因素,目前女性在公司高管层的比例还比较低,不利于公司价值的增长以及社会财富的创造。为此,要加大性别平等意识的宣传力度,发挥政府的强制力量,畅通女性进入公司高层的通道,建立系统培养女性领导才能的体系。
Realizing heterogeneity in senior management is an imperative in achieving a company's financial objectives.There are significant differences between women and men in psychology and behavior,which make it possible for women to become involved in senior management.Women executives play important roles in the aggregation of greater social capital,avoiding management and financial risks,inspiring employees to raise their efficiency and promoting their innovation.However,a variety of external and internal factors leads to a low proportion of women in senior management,such as prejudice,debasing women's abilities in society and their low level of achievement motivation.These factors are disruptive to the increase of companies'value and the production of social wealth.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen publicity of gender equality,to give play to governments,to clear the channels for women's entry to senior management,and to build a system that fosters their talent and ability for leadership.
