试论杨甲三教授对消渴病的认识

杨甲三教授对消渴病的辨治思想强调辨病辨症相结合,重视不同病程消渴病的病机特点。认为消渴病发病之初病在于脾胃,脾阴虚、胃阳燥,影响了津液的化生及敷布,导致了疾病的发生。病久必及他脏,而使消渴病的病机十分复杂而成诸多变证,杨教授根据消渴病的病机特点进行针灸辨证施治。

Professor YANG Jiasan emphasizes combination syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation in treating diabetes,and the pathogenic characteristics in different stages are also valued.Spleen and stomach are considered to be location of diabetes at the beginning,and yin deficiency of the spleen and excessive yang of the stomach affect the metaplasia and distribution of fluid and humor which induces diabetes. Other organs are infringed when diabetes lasts longer and the complications appear.Professor Yang is good at using acupuncture in treating diabetes according to different pathogenic characteristics.
