摘要
目的探讨清热解毒箍围法对促进糖尿病大鼠感染性溃疡愈合的影响。方法将60只大鼠随机分为模型组、基础治疗组、青霉素外敷组、清热解毒箍围组4组,每组15只,各组于造模后次日给药。模型组予肌注生理盐水0.3 m L,基础治疗组予肌注青霉素钠溶液0.3 m L,青霉素外敷组予基础治疗结合创面湿敷青霉素钠溶液0.9 m L,清热解毒箍围组予基础治疗结合创面周围箍围药箍围。于造模后特定时间观察创面变化、创周皮肤温度、创面面积、血清透明质酸水平。结果第3天、第7天、第14天清热解毒箍围组与模型组、基础治疗组、青霉素外敷组比较,创面温度均明显降低(P<0.01)。第3天、第7天、第14天清热解毒箍围组、青霉素外敷组与模型组比较,创面面积均明显缩小(P<0.01)。第3天、第7天、第14天清热解毒箍围组、青霉素外敷组与基础治疗组比较,创面面积均明显缩小(P<0.01)。第3天、第7天清热解毒箍围组与青霉素外敷组比较,创面面积均明显缩小(P<0.01)。血清透明质酸水平组间比较第3天、第7天、第14天、第21天清热解毒箍围组、青霉素外敷组明显高于模型组(P<0.01),清热解毒箍围组、青霉素外敷组明显高于基础治疗组(P<0.01),清热解毒箍围组明显高于青霉素外敷组(P<0.01)。各组组内不同时间血清透明质酸水平比较,第7天均明显高于第3天(P<0.01),第14天均明显高于第3天(P<0.01),第21天均明显低于第7天(P<0.01),第21天均明显低于第14天(P<0.01)。结论清热解毒箍围法对促进糖尿病大鼠感染性溃疡愈合具有较好的作用。
Objective To explore the influence of heat-clearing and detoxicating surrounding method on infective ulcer in diabetes rats. Methods 60 rats were randomly divided into model group,conventional therapy group,external application of penicillin group and heat-clearing and detoxicating surrounding group,with 15 rats in each group. Each group was treated at the first day after modeling. 0. 3 ml muscle injection of normal saline was given to the model group,0. 3 ml muscle injection of penicillin solution was given to the conventional therapy group,conventional treatment combining external application of 0. 9 ml penicillin solution were given to external application of penicillin group,and conventional treatment combining surrounding drugs on the wound were given to the heat-clearing and detoxicating surroundinggroup. The wound surface changes,temperature of skin around the wound,the ulcer space; hyaluronic acid were observed after modeling. Results Compared to the heat-clearing and detoxicating group,skin temperature around the wound the model group,conventional therapy group and external application of penicillin group decreased significantly at the 3,7 and 14 d. Compared to the model group,the ulcer space of heat-clearing and detoxicating surrounding group and external application of penicillin group decreased significantly at 3,7 and 14 d after modeling( P〈0. 01). Compared to the conventional therapy group, the ulcer space of heat-clearing and detoxicating surrounding group and external application of penicillin group decreased significantly at the 3,7 and 14 d after modeling( P〈0. 01).Compared to the external application of penicillin group,the ulcer space of heat-clearing and detoxicating surrounding group decreased significantly at the 3 and 7 d after modeling( P〈0. 01),the spherical detection showed P〈0. 05. Among the four groups,hyaluronic acid of heat-clearing and detoxicating surrounding group and external application of penicillin group were significantly higher than the model group at the 3,7,14 and 21 d after modeling( P〈0. 01),the same things happened when compared to the conventional therapy group( P〈0. 01),and the hyaluronic acid of heat-clearing and detoxicating surrounding group was significantly higher than the external application of penicillin group( P〈0. 01). The comparision of hyaluronic acid at different time in each group as shown below: hyaluronic acid of 7 d and14 d was higher than 3 d( P〈0. 01),hyaluronic acid of 21 d was lower than 7 d and 14 d( P〈0. 01).Conclusion Heat-clearing and detoxicating surrounding method improves infective ulcer of diabetes rats.
