Treatment of Tourette's syndrome based on five-zang syndrome differentiation

依据钱乙《小儿药证直诀》五脏的生理病理特点及其与疾病的关系,从肝、脾、心、肺、肾五脏功能失调角度探讨小儿多发性抽动症的病因病机、临床辨证特点,并依据不同症状,归纳遣方用药规律,为中医药治疗该病提供理论依据。

According to physiological and pathological characteristics of five zang and their relations with disease in Xiaoer Yaozheng Zhijue written by QIAN Yi,the etiology,pathogenesis and the syndrome differentiation characteristics of Tourette＇s syndrome are discussed according to dysfunction of five zang,and the rule of Chinese medicine used is concluded,which could provide theory basis for treating Tourette＇s syndrome with Chinese medicine.
