慢性咽炎合剂的质量标准研究

Quality standard of mixture of chronic pharyngitis

目的 研究慢性咽炎合剂的质量标准,为医院制剂的质量控制提供依据。方法 采用TLC法,对慢性咽炎合剂中的连翘、白花蛇舌草、荆芥、柴胡药材进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法,对本制剂有效成分连翘苷进行含量测定。结果 连翘苷的进样量在0.2~4μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.2%（n=9）。结论 该含量测定方法简便、准确,可以为慢性咽炎合剂质量的控制提供保障;建立的鉴别方法色斑清晰,阴性对照基本无干扰。

Objective Study on the quality standard of chronic pharyngitis mixture,and provide basis for the quality control of hospital preparations. Methods Using the method of TLC,the chronic pharyngitis mixture of forsythia,Herba Hedyotis diffusae,fineleaf schizonepeta herb,Radix Bupleuri were identified by HPLC method; for the preparation of effective components,forsythia glycoside content determination. Results Sample size of phillyrin in 0. 2- 4 μg range is linear（ forsythin r = 0. 999 8）,the average recovery was 99. 2%,RSD was 1. 2%（ n = 9）. Conclusion Determination method is simple,accurate,provide the guarantee for quality control of chronic pharyngitis mixture; stain identification method to establish clear,negative control without interference.
