针灸治疗原发性高血压取穴现状分析

目的总结针灸治疗原发性高血压的选穴规律,为临床采用针灸治疗原发性高血压提供选穴依据。方法计算机检索1980年1月—2014年6月中国知网中与针灸治疗原发性高血压有关的临床文献,将所选用腧穴进行统计分析。结果针灸治疗原发性高血压的取穴涉及56个穴位,9条经脉,所选穴位以体穴为主,多取足厥阴肝经、足少阳胆经、足阳明胃经的穴位,使用频次最多的穴位是太冲(46次)。结论目前针灸治疗原发性高血压的取穴较为混乱,应着重加强针灸治疗原发性高血压的规范化、标准化研究,争取早日形成最佳治疗方案。

Objective To summarize the acupoints selection rules of essential hypertension（ EH） and provide the basis of acupoints selection for clinical treatment of EH by acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods Searching the articles related to EH treated by acupuncture and moxibustion in China National Knowledge Infrastructure（ from 1981 to 2014） by computer,the points used in the articles were analyzed by statistical methods. Results The acupoints used in treatment of EH involves 56 points,9 meridians,most of which are body acupoints. They mainly located in Liver meridian of Foot-jueyin,Gall Bladder meridian of Foot-Shaoyang and Stomach meridian of Foot-Yangming,and Taichong is the acupoint used most frequently（ 46 times）. Conclusion At present,the acupoints selection of EH is confusion,emphasis should be put on the study of standardization of acupuncture in the treatment of EH,in order to form the optimal treatment program.
