焦虑症的生物反馈辅助治疗疗效及其与中医证型的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between anxiety and biological feedback therapy and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type

目的观察焦虑症的生物反馈辅助治疗疗效,并探讨其与中医证型的相关性。方法对符合纳入标准的焦虑症患者进行中医辨证分型,分为2大组,即肝郁化火组和心脾两虚组,2组患者各分成2小组,即生物反馈组和非生物反馈组。所有患者接受黛力新药物治疗,1片/d,其中生物反馈组接受药物治疗同时接受生物反馈治疗,2次/周,共4周。所有患者入组前和入组后每2周进行汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)测定。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后肝郁化火组和心脾两虚组患者HAMA评分均明显下降(P<0.01),且其中生物反馈组患者HAMA评分下降更为明显(P<0.05);肝郁化火组中的生物反馈组患者HAMA评分下降最明显,与心脾两虚组中的生物反馈组患者相比,有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论生物反馈辅助治疗焦虑症较单纯药物治疗HAMA评分下降明显,肝郁化火组和心脾两虚组相比,肝郁化火组生物反馈辅助治疗效果更加明显。

Objective Observation on anxiety of biofeedback therapy,and to explore the correlation between TCM syndrome type. Methods To meet the inclusion criteria of the anxiety patients with syndrome differentiation of TCM,divided into two groups,namely the liver depression transforming into fire group and heart and spleen deficiency group,two groups of patients were divided into two small groups,namely the biofeedback group and non-biofeedback group. All patients received daily one Deanxit drug treatment,and the biofeedback group received drug treamtment also received bilfeedback therapy,two times a week,for four weeks. All patients were enrolled into the group before and after every two weeks for the Hamilton Anxiety Scale（ HAMA） determination. Results Compared with before treatment,after treatment of liver depression transforming into fire group and heart and spleen deficiency group of patients with HAMA score were significantly decreased（ P〈0. 01）,and wherein the biofeedback group of patients with HAMA scoredecreased obviously（ P〈0. 05）; liver depression transforming into fire group of the biofeedback group of patients with HAMA score decreased most significantly,compared with the heart and spleen deficiency group in the biofeedback group of patients,there was a significant difference（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Biofeedback in the treatment of anxiety than the medication in the treatment of anxiety effect is obvious,liver depression transforming into fire group and heart and spleen deficiency group compared to two,liver depression transforming into fire group biofeedback therapy assistant effect more obvious.
