壮骨益髓颗粒治疗脊髓型颈椎病

Zhuanggu Yisui Granules in treating cervical spondylotic myelopathy

目的观察中药壮骨益髓颗粒治疗脊髓型颈椎病的疗效。方法将门诊收治的60例脊髓型颈椎病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组口服中药壮骨益髓颗粒治疗(黄芪、肉桂、枸杞子、伸筋草等,3次/d,15 g/次);对照组予万通筋骨片(通化万通药业股份有限公司,2次/d,2片/次)。观察2组治疗前后的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率83.3%;脊髓功能结果比较,治疗组总有效率81.8%,优于对照组的64.9%(P<0.05)。结论口服壮骨益髓颗粒能使病变脊髓部位的微循环血流量增加、毛细血管开放数目增多,进而抑制脊髓局部的炎性改变,减轻水肿,减轻脊髓的受压状况,改善疾病症状。

Objective To observe curative effect of oral administration of Zhuanggu Yisui Granules in treating Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy. Methods The 60 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy are divided randomly into 2groups,treatment group 30,control group 30. Treated of Zhaunggu Yisui Granules orally（ 3 times / d,15 g / t） and Wantong Jingu Tablets（ twice / d,2 / t）,observe the difference contrast before and after treatment of 2 groups. Results The total effective rate was 90% in treatment group that take Zhaunggu Yisui Granules,the control group was 83. 3%; compare with the spinal cord,the total effective reat was 81. 8% better than control group＇s effective rate 64. 9%,P〈0.05. Conclusion Zhaunggu Yisui Granules can affect the microcirculatory blood flow in Spinal Cord. The number of open capillaries increased in the Spinal Cord. Then inhibition in inflammation of Spinal Cord,alleviate edema,relieving the pressure on Spinal Cord,therapy right improvement.
