中药面膜治疗痤疮40例

Chinese medicine mask in treating acne of 40 Cases

目的 评价中药面膜方治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法 选择15~30岁痤疮患者51例,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组11例,治疗组睡前外敷中药（白芷、刺蒺藜、茯苓等）面膜方,前5 d为1次/d,后改为隔日1次,一般护理及禁忌。对照组予一般护理及禁忌。2组疗程均为30 d,比较2组临床疗效,观察2组治疗前后的积分情况及不良反应。结果 治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率27.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.01）。2组总积分从治疗后均有下降,且与治疗前比较,P〈0.05或P〈0.01。治疗组治疗后总积分与对照组比较,P〈0.01。治疗组疗效指数优于对照组（P〈0.01）。治疗组中不同分级痤疮患者之间疗效指数比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 中药面膜方治疗15~30岁痤疮患者,能有效减轻皮损严重程度、减少皮损数量及减轻皮肤自觉症状,对于不同程度分级的痤疮均有一定疗效。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the Chinese medicine mask in treating acne. Methods The51 patients with acne,aged 15- 30 years old,were randomized into 2 groups. The 40 in treatment group were treated with the Chinese medicine mask for external use,in the first 5 days one dose per day,then once every other day,taken before sleeping,with general nursing and taboos. The 11 in control group were treated with general nursing and taboos. Treatment course was of 30 days. The scores of skin lesions and symptoms in both groups before and after treatment were compared and the untoward reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90% and 27. 3% respectively. The effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group（ P〈0. 01）.After 30 days treatment,the total score in both groups was lowered（ P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）. And the total score in treatment group was significantly different with that in the control group at the same time（ P〈0. 01）. The therapeutic index of the treatment group was superior to the control group（ P〈0. 01）. There was no significant difference in the comparison of therapeutic index among the different grades in the treatment group（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The Chinese medicine mask has effective in treating acne among people 15- 30 years old.
