摘要
目的探讨中医护理慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果。方法采用中医护理方法以辨证施护为主,对60例患者实施护理,除一般护理外,还根据每个患者不同的病情制定中医辨证护理。结果所有患者经过中医护理后,症状全部得到改善,呼吸功能及生活质量均获明显提高。结论中医辨证护理慢性阻塞性肺疾病可以缓解临床症状,减轻患者痛苦,提高治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Using the method of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing care to 60 patients for nursing,in addition to the general care,TCM nursing according to each patient＇s illness made. Results All the patients after traditional Chinese medicine nursing,their symptoms were improving,function of breathing and quality of life were significantly improved. Conclusion TCM nursing can relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the pain of patients,but also improve the effect of the treatment and the patients＇ quality of life.
