摘要
临床冠组织大部分缺失的患牙,在经过根管治疗后其抗折性能大大降低,因此必须依靠桩核系统增强固位以完成修复。与传统的金属桩核修复材料相比,纤维桩最大的优点是其弹性模量与天然牙齿的弹性模量相近,其性能可以使应力沿着根部牙本质得到均匀的分布,从而降低牙根劈裂的风险。纤维桩还具有良好的美观性、生物相容性、耐腐蚀性等特点,可在牙体缺损后的修复中广泛应用。
When the tooth has lost a large proportion of its structure,after endodontically treated the fracture resistance is greatly reduced,post-and-core systems means are required to ensure retention of the filling material. Compared with traditional metal post restorative materials,the biggest advantage of fiber post is similar modulus of elasticity with the dentin. This performance allows a uniform distribution of stress along the root dentin,thus reducing the root hack cleft risk. Fiber post gets more and more widely applied because of the aesthetic performance,biocompatibility,e-rosion-resistance and so on.
