呼吸机管路清洗消毒方法和存放时间的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨高温高湿环境下呼吸机管路正确清洗消毒方法和合理存放时间。方法手工组自回收后由消毒供应室护理人员手工分散清洗、消毒、存放;自动组自回收后由消毒供应室护理人员利用全自动喷淋清洗消毒机进行集中清洗、消毒、存放。记录两组呼吸机管路及其过滤装置经不同方法清洗消毒后立即及存放3周、4周、5周后细菌检测结果,进行统计学分析并得出结论。结果两组氧气呼吸机管路及其过滤装置经不同方法清洗消毒后,其细菌学检测结果均处于正常范围内(≤20CFU/cm。),提示两种方法均可获得满意清洗消毒效果,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);两组呼吸机管路及其过滤装置经不同方法清洗消毒后,其细菌学检测不合格率随存放时间延长而逐渐上升,且手工组存放4周后细菌学检测结果不合格率均〉50.00%,提示其最长存放时间仅为3周;自动组存放5周后部分细菌学检测结果不合格率〉50.00%,提示其最长存放时间长达4周,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论呼吸机管路及其过滤装置经全自动喷淋清洗消毒机清洗消毒效果显著,且最长存放时间为4周,为呼吸机管路清洗消毒的方法和存放时间提供可靠依据,确保患者临床治疗安全性,减少医院感染的发生。 Objective To investigate the ventilator tubing under hot and humid environment properly cleaning and disinfection methods and reasonable storage time. Methods Since recovered from sterile supply room nurses, methods were dispersed by hand washing, disinfection, storage in manual group, while were used by automatic spray cleaning and disinfecting machines for centralized cleaning, disinfection, storage in auto group. Results of bacterial test for ventilator tubing and filtering device were recorded and analyzed at after cleaning and disinfection immediately and 3, 4, 5 weeks after store. Results Results of bacteriological test were in normal range after cleaning and disinfection immediately of both two groups, which indicated that the two disinfection methods could obtain satisfactory results, there was no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05 ). Bacteriological detection failure rate was increased with prolonged storage time after cleaning and disinfection in two groups. Bacteriological detection failure rate was higher than 50. 00% at 4 weeks after cleaning and disinfection in manual group, which indicated the maximum storage time was 3 weeks. Bacteriological detection failure rate was higher than 50.00% at 5 weeks after cleaning and disinfection in auto group, which indicated the maximum storage time was 4 weeks. There was significant difference in the maximum storage time between two groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions The ventilator tubing and filter devices through automatic spray cleaning disinfection cleaning and disinfecting effect is remarkable, and the maximum storage time is 4 weeks, which provides a reliable basis for ventilator tubing cleaning and disinfection methods and storage time, and ensures patients clinical treatment safety, reduces the incidence of nosocomial infection.
