旅游高等教育师资国际化水平发展研究

旅游专业教师是旅游教育的主要实施者,也是旅游研究的中坚力量,其国际化水平直接影响到旅游教育的国际化进程与最终结果。本文运用问卷调查的方法对我国旅游高等教育师资队伍的国际化水平进行分析研究,并探索提高我国旅游高等教育师资国际化水平的途径。

Faculty is the implementor of tourism higher education, as well as the main force of tourism studies. The internationalization of faculty has great impact on the direction and efficiency of the overall internationalization of tourism higher education. The article will give a thorough study on Chinese tourism faculty＇s internationalization level and practice through survey and quantitative analyses, and explore the approaches to enhance the internationalization level of Chinese faculty.
