The risk management method for large-scale transportation infrastructures in duration of operation probed, the paper gives the frame and procedure of risk management, including information collection, risk identifi cation, risk evaluation, early alarming and emergency response plan etc. Meanwhile, according different risk degree, the emergency plans under different conditions are drawn out and a detailed standard of regulation and organizational process of accident treatment are developed.
