进展期大肠癌手术患者的生活质量及影响因素分析

The quality of life of patients with advanced colorectal cancer surgery and influence factors analysis

目的探讨进展期大肠癌手术患者的生存质量,分析其影响因素。方法进展期大肠癌手术患者87例,采用生存质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)进行评估,对影响因素采用Logistic逐步回归分析。结果男性明显多于女性、汉族多于回族,年龄>60岁组、低学历、经济状况差及造口组的患者组症状领域及其他6项得分均明显高于回族及年龄≤60岁组以及高学历、经济状况好、无造口的患者组(P<0.05),而总体健康状况及功能领域得分均明显低于回族及年龄≤60岁、高学历、经济状况好、无造口的患者组(P<0.05)。Logistic分析结果显示,文化程度、经济收入、家庭关系等与生存质量有关。结论家庭关系、文化程度、经济收入及婚姻状况是影响癌症患者生活质量的重要因素。

Objective To investigate the survival quality of patients with advanced large intestine cancer surgery,and analyze its factors. Methods 87 cases of patients with advanced large intestine cancer surgery were measured by quality of life questionnaire core 30（ QLQ C30）,while the factors were analyzed with Logistic stepwise regression analysis. Resulte The number of male patients exceeds female patients; Han people outnumber Hui people; Symptom spectrum including age,education,income,colostomy as well as other 6 variables shows that people in group over 60- year- old,group of lower educated,group with relatively lower income and group with colostomy score apparently higher than the rest of other opposite group（ average P 〈0. 05）. However,overall health condition and function score result is the opposite. Logistic analysis shows that education,family income,family relationship and alike are related to survival quality. Conclusion Family relationships,education,income and marriage status are important factors that can impact on patients＇ survival quality.
