摘要 目的解决圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧设计中的繁琐计算及其二维、三维模型的反复创建问题,实现弹簧的自动化设计。方法利用VC++6.0编写圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧的设计程序,通过程序运算得到弹簧结构参数;将弹簧结构参数作为驱动尺寸,利用Solid Works建立圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧的参数化二维、三维模型。结果利用该程序,只需输入弹簧要求,即可得到符合要求的弹簧结构参数,并能自动生成弹簧二维和三维模型。结论该方法极大地提高了设计效率。 To solve the problem of massive calculation in the design of cylindrical helical compression spring, and the problem of repeated building of two-dimensional and three-dimensional models of the spring, and to realize the automatic design of spring. The design program of cylindrical helical compression spring was developed using VC ++ 6.0, and the spring structure parameters were obtained through program operation. Two-dimensional three-dimensional parametric models of cylindrical helical compression spring were established using Solid Works, with the spring structure parameters as the driving dimensions. By simply typing in the spring requirements, the design staff could obtain the spring structure parameters meeting the requirements, and two-dimensional and three-dimensional models for the spring were automatically established. This method greatly improved the designing efficiency, and has practical and promoting values.
