摘要
制备了Mo基/HZSM-5双功能催化剂,用于催化硝基苯加氢合成对氨基苯酚(PAP)反应,考察了催化剂制备方法、Mo负载量、反应条件对其催化性能的影响。结果表明,与MoO2/HZSM-5相比,相同Mo负载量的MoS2/HZSM-5在催化合成PAP反应中表现出较高的催化活性,在w(3%MoS2/HZSM-5)=0.5%、T=155℃、p=3.5 MPa、t=2h条件下,硝基苯转化率为91.4%,PAP选择性为47.6%。MoS2/HZSM-5中掺杂第二金属Mn,可调变该催化剂的活性位,有助于提高催化合成PAP反应的PAP选择性;当Mn负载量为0.5%(质量分数)时,硝基苯转化率为76.5%,PAP选择性为55.8%。
A series of Mo-base/HZSM-5 catalysts were prepared for the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene to p-aminophenol(PAP).The effects of preparation method,Mo loading amount and hydrogenation conditions on the conversion and PAP selectivity of the reaction were investigated.The results revealed that MoS2/HZSM-5 catalyst exhibited higher catalytic activity than MoO2/HZSM-5 with the same Mo loading amount in PAP synthesis.Under the optimized conditions of 3%MoS2/HZSM-5amount 0.5%,reaction temperature 155℃,pressure 3.5MPa and reaction time 2h,the nitrobenzene conversion was 91.4% and the PAP selectivity was 47.6%.Doping of Mn in MoS2/HZSM-5could change the active sites and improve PAP selectivity for the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene.Catalyzed by MoS2-Mn/HZSM-5 with Mn loading amount of 0.5%(mass fraction),the nitrobenzene conversion and PAP selectivity of PAP synthesis reached 76.5% and 55.8%,respectively.
