摘要
利用参数化有限元分析技术,对灌区某型号计量弧形闸门上横梁应力应变进行数值模拟,获得上横梁在最大负载下的应力应变分布。结果表明,对于长度为1790mm、截面尺寸为120mm×70mm的上横梁,当水渠中水位为1.5m时,其强度和刚度均满足使用要求。
A numerical simulation of the stress and strain in upper beam of a type of measurement radial gate in irrigation area was carried out using parameterized finite element analysis technology, to get the stress and strain distribution under maximum load. The results shows that for the type of radial gate, whose length is 1790mm and sectional dimension is 120mm×70mm, the strength and stiffness meet the use requirement when the water level in the canal is 1.5m.
