慢性萎缩性胃炎中医辨证分型健康教育处方的设计思路与内容

Design and Content of Health Education Prescription of Syndrome Differentiation of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:建立慢性萎缩性胃炎中医辨证分型健康教育处方。方法:在文献研究和专家意见的指导下,遵循中医"治未病"理论,从饮食起居、情志调护和中医养生3个方面编制了慢性萎缩性胃炎中医辨证分型健康教育处方。结果:通过系统地分析整理,按照慢性萎缩性胃炎的中医分型,总结归纳成6份适合慢性萎缩性胃炎患者不同证型的中医辨证分型健康教育处方。结论:初步完成了慢性萎缩性胃炎中医辨证分型健康教育处方的研制,以期提高患者的健康意识,使患者早日康复。

Objective：To establish the health education prescription of syndrome differentiation of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods：Under the guidance of the literature and expert opinion and followed the TCM theory of preventive treatment,we compiled a health education prescription of syndrome differentiation of chronic atrophic gastritis from the three aspects including the daily diet,emotions nursing and TCM health cultivation.Results：After systematic analysis,according to Chinese medicine symptom of chronic atrophic gastritis,we summarized six health education prescriptions suitable for patients with different syndromes of chronic atrophic gastritis.Conclusion：It initially completed the development of health education prescription of syndrome differentiation of chronic atrophic gastritis in order to improve the patients＇ health awareness and make a speedy recovery.
