Conception and Governor Vessels Combination in Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:对比任督配穴与单纯腰背部取穴方法临床疗效的差异性。方法:试验组30例采用任脉、督脉配穴治疗,对照组30例采用腰背部取穴治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为80.0%,对照组总有效率53.3%。两者疗效对比,经统计学分析,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:从阴引阳,任督并用的方法,较之前单纯腰背部取穴有更好的临床疗效。

Objective：To compare the clinical curative effect differences of the points selection methods of Conception and Governor Vessels and single waist back points.Methods：Treatment group（30 cases） was treated with the point selection methods of conception and governor vessels and matched group was treated with single back points.Results：The total effective rate was 80.0% in the treatment group and 53.3% in the matched group with a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of the conception and governor vessels selection treatment has a better clinical curative effect than the point selection methods of waist back.
