中药联合化疗改善晚期肿瘤患者生活质量的临床观察

Effect of Chinese Herbal Compound Combined with Chemotherapy on Cancer Patients' Quality of Life

目的:评价中药对晚期肿瘤化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法:65例晚期肿瘤患者,随机分为治疗组35例和对照组30例,对照组常规化疗,治疗组在常规化疗的基础上,加服中药,观察两组患者治疗在生活质量、血液毒性、近期疗效治疗前后的差异。结果:治疗组在生活质量及部分症状缓解显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血液毒性及近期疗效组间比较差异无显著性。结论:中药联合化疗可缓解患者症状,提高生活质量。

Objective：To observe the influence of Chinese herbal compound on patients＇ quality of life（QOL） who were newly diagnosed as advanced cancer and received chemotherapy.Methods：65 patients were separated into two groups randomly.A group received Chinese herbal compound combined with chemotherapy and B group received chemotherapy alone.The EORTC-QLQ-C30 was used to assess QOL with questionnaires.The quality of life,blood toxicity,short-term effect in two groups were compared.Results：A group＇s quality of life and symptoms improvement were obviously better than those of B group（P〈0.05）.Assessment of blood toxicity and short-term effect had not significant difference.Conclusion：Chinese herbal compound combined with chemotherapy can relive the symptoms of advanced cancer and improve patients＇ quality of life.
