摘要
目的:用薄层层析-紫外分光光度(TLC-UV)法测定丹参注射液中原儿茶醛的含量。方法:以原儿茶醛作为对照品,二氯甲烷-乙酸甲酯-甲酸(8.5-5-0.9)为展开剂,分离得到原儿茶醛,采取紫外分光光度法,检测波长279 nm,测定原儿茶醛的含量。结果:原儿茶醛在0.49~4.61μg/m L的范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7。平均含量为0.201 mg/m L,加样回收率为98.0%_104.0%。结论:薄层层析-紫外分光光度法(TLC-UV)测定丹参注射液中原儿茶醛的含量,方法精密度好,准确度高、操作简便,可用于控制丹参注射液的质量。
Objective:To separate and determine the content of protocatechuic aldehyde in Danshen Injection by TLC-UV method.Methods:Using protocatechuic aldehyde as reference substance,the content of protocatechuic aldehyde in Danshen Injection was determined by TLC-UV with dichloromethane-acetic ether-acetic ether(8.5-5-0.9) as the developing sol?vent and the detective wavelength of 279 nm.Results:Protocatechuic aldehyde had a good linearity in the range of 0.49-4.61μg /m L(r = 0.999 7).The average content was 0.201 mg /m L.The recoveries were 98.0%-104.0%.Conclusion:The TLC-UV method is reproducible,rapid and simple and it can be used for the quality control of Danshen Injection.
