中西医结合护理干预对眼科术后患者疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing Intervention on Ophthalmic Postoperative Patients

目的:观察和分析眼科术后患者实施中西医结合护理干预效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将2013年1月—2013年12月期间收治的100例眼科术后患者分组为对照组和干预组。对照组:实施健康教育等综合护理;干预组:在对照组综合护理基础上使用耳穴压丸。观察两组患者护理前后疼痛评分和焦虑程度及术后充血消失时间、伤口愈合时间。结果护理前,干预组患者疼痛评分为(6.14±1.10)分与对照组(6.21±0.78)分比较(P>0.05);护理后,干预组患者疼痛评分为(2.07±0.56)分与对照组(3.12±0.62)分比较(P<0.05)。此外,两组患者焦虑程度和充血消失时间及伤口愈合时间比较(P<0.05)。结论对眼科术后患者实施中西医护理干预,可有效缓解患者焦虑程度,促进充血消失和伤口愈合,减轻患者疼痛。

Objective：To observze and analyze the effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention in ophthalmic postoperative patients.Methods：According to the random number table method between January 2013 and December 2013,100 cases eye surgery patients were grouped into control group and intervention group.Control group used the comprehensive nursing services such as health education.The comprehensive nursing intervention group used ear pressure pills besides the treatment in the control group.Pain score,anxiety disappearing time,wound healing time and postoperative hyperemia were observed.Results：The intervention group＇s pain score was（6.14 ± 1.10） points,and that was（6.21 ± 0.78） in the control group（P〉0.05）.After nursing,the intervention group＇s was pain score（2.07 ± 0.56） and that of the control group was（3.12± 0.62）（P〈0.05）.In addition,two groups＇ anxiety and congestion disappeared time and wound healing time were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese and western medicine nursing intervention in patients with eye surgery can effectively relieve patients＇ anxiety,promote congestion disappeared and wound healing and reduce the patients＇ pain.
