止痛消结汤对大鼠乳腺增生的干预作用

Zhitong Xiaojie Decoction on Mammary Hyperplasia Rats

目的:探讨中药止痛消结汤治疗大鼠乳腺增生病的作用机理。方法:将60只SD大鼠随机将分成6组;肌注苯甲酸雌二醇合黄体酮注射液建立大鼠乳腺增生模型;分组ig给药30d;测量各组大鼠乳头高度;免疫组化法测定血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b FGF)的表达水平;镜下观察病理组织学变化。结果:模型组乳头高度明显高于正常组(P<0.05),治疗后高中剂量组、乳癖消组均低于模型组(P<0.05),低剂量组与模型组比较变化不明显(P>0.05);与正常组比较,模型组VEGF、b FGF表达水平明显增高(P<0.05),高中剂量组、乳癖消组均低于模型组(P<0.05),低剂量组与模型组比较变化不明显(P>0.05);高中剂量组、乳癖消组与模型组比较增生改善显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:止痛消结汤高中剂量组对大鼠乳腺增生有明显的干预作用。

Objective：To discuss the mechanism of Zhitong Xiaojie Decoction in treating the rats with breast hyperplasia.Methods：60 SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups.The MGH model was established by injecting rats with estradiol benzoatis and progesterone.The treatment groups were treated with Zhitong Xiaojie Decoction for 30 days.The height of teats,levels of VEGF and b FGF were measured with immunohistochemical method and the changes of histological structure of the mammary glands were examined.Results：The height of teats in the model control group were obviously higher than that in the normal group（P〈0.05）.The height of teats in the high-level,the middle-level and Rupixiao control group were all lower than that in the model control group（P〈0.05）.The height of teats in the low-level control group was similar to that in the model control group（P〈0.05）.It showed that the levels of VEGF and b FGF in the model control group were significantly higher than that in the normal group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） and the levels of VEGF and b FGF in the high-level,the middle-level and Rupixiao control group were all lower than that in the model control group（P〈0.05）.The levels of VEGF and b FGF in the low-level control group was similar to that in the model control group（P〉0.05）.Compared to the model group,the level of mammary hyperplasia was evidently lower than that in the high-level,the middle-level and Rupixiao control group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Zhitong Xiaojie Decoction has significant intervention in rats with experimental breast hyperplasia.
