摘要
从高校图书馆的硬件环境、资源建设、信息服务、读者培训、馆员服务等5个维度,构建了高校图书馆读者满意度评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价方法确定了高校图书馆读者满意度评价模型。以昆明医科大学图书馆为实证研究对象,运用层次分析法和德尔菲法确定各项指标权重,应用评价模型对该图书馆读者满意度进行分析,并提出相应的对策建议。
The paper establishes a reader-oriented evaluation index system of university library reader satisfaction from 5 dimen-sions of hardware environment, resource construction, information service, reader training and librarians ’ service, and sets up university library reader satisfaction evaluation model by using fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. It takes Kunming Medical University for exam-ple, uses AHP and Delphi to confirm weights of every index, and uses the evaluation model to analyze the library ’s reader satisfaction, also puts forwards corresponding countermeasures.
