摘要
梳理了慕课(MOOC)在国内的发展历程,概述其对高校图书馆的综合影响,重点分析了慕课对高校图书馆参考咨询服务带来的挑战和机遇,并从用户的视角,提出高校图书馆参考咨询部门应对慕课的措施。
The paper cards the development course of MOOC in China, summarizes its comprehensive influences on university li-brary, and emphatically analyzes the challenges and opportunities MOOC brings to university library reference service. From the per-spective of user, it puts forward countermeasures for university library’s reference department to reply to MOOC.
