摘要
火电厂燃煤烟气中的氮氧化物(NOX)脱除,主要采用SCR法,其还原剂主要采用液氨气化制氨、尿素热解或水解制氨以及氨水蒸发制氨等工艺。根据尿素热解法SCR脱硝和液氨气化法SCR脱硝两个工程运行情况的跟踪观察,对在锅炉工况发生变化时还原剂喷射量的变化与反应器出口氮氧化物浓度响应时间的滞后原因进行了简要分析。
The main denitration method of coal fired plants is SCR. There are some ways of acquiring reductant, such as liquid ammonia gasification, urea pyrolysis, urea hydrolysis and ammonia evaporation. Based on the operation of urea pyrolysis and liquid ammonia gasification projects, the paper analyzes reasons of response time lag for NOx density of reactor outlet when the working condition of boiler or consumption of reductant changes.
